Independent Consulting Network Ltd

icn was formed in 2008 in order to bid for the Scottish Government's business management consultancy framework contract, and was incorporated in 2010 as a joint venture between Expedience and Genecoe using a trusted network of experienced associates.









icn's business model is the delivery of high quality consulting services, predominantly to the Scottish public sector, through an infrastructure of highly experienced and credible SME consultancies.

Joining Expedience (founded in 2005) and Genecoe (also founded in 2005) are Enhance People Consulting, Fountainwell, Charismore, Neil Mackenzie Associates, and Brian Farrington.  Each brings different insight delivered in a uniform manner through the icn brand.
