October 2010icn has been successful in its bid to become a framework supplier to the Scottish Government for Business Management Consultancy. Procurement Scotland, supported by the Professional Services National Category Forum (NCF), sector Centres of Expertise (CoEs), public sector organisations and key stakeholders, have awarded five framework agreements. icn has been awarded all five, which cover:
- Human Resources Consultancy
- Programme Management Consultancy
- Procurement Consultancy
- Business Strategy Consultancy
- Organisational Development Consultancy
icn is one of only 32 suppliers, and is the only supplier to be included in Low, Medium and High risk categories in each framework. The framework agreement commenced on the 1st of September 2010 for a duration of three years, with the option to extend for a further year. Procurement Scotland has produced a Buyers' Guide which can be downloaded here, and which aims to assist Scottish public sector organisations in selecting the most cost effective and productive services to suit their individual requirements.
